Remy Heise is a working professional committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals navigating their mental health journeys. As a gay, transgender man born and raised in Pennsylvania, he remains passionate about uplifting marginalized communities, redefining gender norms, and working towards collective community healing.
In his approach as case manager, Remy is passionate about creating an affirming and welcoming space where clients can feel safe being themselves while navigating recovery and personal growth. He values empathy, neurodiversity-affirming care, meeting people where they are, and helping clients connect with resources and support that align with their individual needs and goals.
Outside of work, Remy enjoys hanging out with his dog, exploring various art mediums, and spending time at the beach.
