At Element Q, we recognize that recovery looks different for everyone in our community. We offer comprehensive and individualized care based on the unique needs of each LGBTQIA+ client and where they are in their wellness journey. Our approach combines evidence-based therapies with holistic modalities specifically designed for our community, including neuropsychological evaluation, Traditional Chinese Medicine & healing arts, trauma-informed care, identity-affirming treatment, and Conscious Recovery addiction support.

Identity-Affirming Outpatient Treatment Programs
PHP is the highest level of care offered, providing over 30 hours of weekly treatment. This program is intentionally designed for LGBTQIA+ community members ready for a deep dive into change. Most clients take a leave of absence from work, school, or daily routines to fully commit themselves to healing.
IOP is designed specifically for clients ready for level of support above traditional once-per-week therapy, or as a steppingstone between a full-time recovery program – such as PHP or residential treatment- and returning to their daily routines full-time.
Our Outpatient Program (OP) provides ongoing support for LGBTQIA+ individuals transitioning from our more intensive levels of care or those who need structured therapy beyond traditional weekly sessions.
