Dr. Lonika Misra is a licensed acupuncturist and integrative medicine provider with nearly 20 years of clinical experience rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine. A graduate of Pacific College of Health Sciences, where she earned her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she deepened her training through advanced clinical intensives in Asia, focusing specifically on women’s health and reproductive medicine.
Originally from Chicago and with a foundational background in psychology, Lonika brings a distinctly human, mind-body lens to her work. Her early career included clinical work in residential mental health and rehabilitation, shaping an approach that has always understood emotional and physical health as inseparable.
Lonika holds board certification through ABORM (the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine) and specializes in women’s health, hormonal balance, and reproductive medicine. She works through the classical frameworks of Chinese medicine to identify patterns that conventional approaches often miss. Acupuncture, herbal medicine, and mind-body practices are woven together to address the root, not just the symptom.
Her practice extends to anyone navigating the complexities of modern life including chronic stress, burnout, sleep disruption, mood imbalances, anxiety, and cycle-related hormonal concerns. Her goal is to help patients understand what’s driving how they feel and find a sustainable path back to balance.
