Linzy Holmes (she/her) brings and empathetic, person-centered approach to Element Q. She is passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and meeting them where they are in their mental health and recovery journey. She holds a BS in Health Communication from San Diego State University and has worked with diverse organizations throughout the San Diego area, from residential treatment to community-based care. With experience in behavioral health coordination, admissions, billing, and case management, Linzy brings a deep commitment to identity affirming, accessible care.
