Chief Operations Officer

Molly Maddocks began working in the behavioral health field almost nine years ago, where she started working with female-identifying clients struggling with substance use. She then started working with dual-diagnosis and primary mental health clients, where her passion for helping those with mental health symptoms and unresolved trauma grew, with a steadfast passion for providing access to care and advocating for those in need. Her experience reaches RTC, PHP, and IOP levels of care-affirming environments for all. With a background in communication and ensuring all voices are heard, Molly focuses on uplifting those voices, challenging barriers, and fostering a culture of belonging. She spends most of her free time learning, supporting, and volunteering alongside other organizations to help uplift and support those to inspire a message and culture of resiliency and self-empowerment. Molly graduated with a departmental scholarship from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial and Organizational Communication.
