Kaylie Ramirez (She/They) is a Latine, Lesbian and Queer-identified mental health professional and certified peer support specialist. With personal and professional experience in case management and peer support, Kaylie will provide comprehensive and inclusive care at Element Q. 

Kaylie believes in restorative and transformative justice and the healing powers of accountability, repair, community and trust-building. They specialize in resource linkage, crisis intervention and offering insight and guidance that is non-judgmental, anti-racist, and rooted in liberation from oppressive structures. 

She is obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a pre-counseling and therapy focus from Capella University.
