Katelyn “Katie” Noder (she) is a dedicated mental health advocate, known for her empathy and compassion towards individuals and their families seeking support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach, which she earned in 2021. Since then, she has committed her personal and professional efforts to enhancing the lives of others. Her passion extends to social and political justice, firmly believing that everyone deserves safety, shelter, and access to medical and mental health services regards of their gender identity, creed, and financial status. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading non-fiction, watching documentaries, and cherishing moments with her husband and cats. Katie is thrilled to embark on this next chapter of her career in Psychology by joining the ElementQ team, where she will apply her experience and passion toward assisting people in need.
