Faith Abercrombie brings a deep commitment to inclusive, affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community. 

With a strong background in mental health and addiction recovery, she previously served as an outreach coordinator for Hired Power, working closely with families in crisis to facilitate transitional care for loved ones entering or exiting treatment programs nationwide.

Faith’s professional journey began in journalism, where her passion for storytelling fostered the empathy and communication skills that now define her approach in behavioral health. As a former news reporter in Arizona, she developed the ability to listen deeply—an essential skill she now uses to support individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Her passion for this work is rooted in both personal and family experiences, which continue to inspire her dedication to helping others on their healing journeys.

Originally from Northern California and now based in San Diego, Faith is passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can heal, grow, and thrive. As the first point of contact for many reaching out to Element Q Healing Center, she plays a vital role in guiding individuals through that important first step into treatment. She is honored to support the mission of Element Q in providing accessible, identity-affirming care to those who need it most.
